Happy April!
We’re currently in the middle of a snow/thunderstorm. Crazy weather we’ve having here in Minnesota. Let’s breakdown the weekend, shall we?
If we were having coffee, I’d be drinking a Keurig concoction of regular coffee with a helping of cream.
I mostly relaxed this weekend, and worked.
My week was actually much more interesting, since I went to see my boyfriend for the first time in a while. (We’ve had snowstorms on and off in Minnesota for months, so this made it impossible to travel to the cities.)
We watched Bohemian Rhapsody and ate popcorn. I hadn’t watched the movie since I bought it, so I enjoyed seeing the film a second time. Rory hadn’t seen it, so it was fun for him. We went out to eat at Freddy’s, and got malt shakes. Freddy’s has really delicious burgers and shakes.
Over the weekend, I worked and read. I am usually scheduled to work weekends, which are normally busier than the regular weekdays. I colored while reading, making more progress in my animal coloring book. I wrote a poem and a blog post over the weekend, too.
I’m focusing on writing more nature poetry, and want to get back into writing more poetry in general.
